• Service providers — we use Supabase (database and authentication infrastructure) and Vercel (hosting). These providers process data on our behalf and do not use your data for their own purposes.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or a competent regulatory authority in India.
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred to the successor entity under the same privacy protections.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Enquiry data from form submissions is retained for up to 3 years for business continuity purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by writing to us at the address below.
