FAQ
Common Questions
How quickly will I get a decision on my loan?
Most applicants receive an in-principle approval within 24 hours of submitting their application. Final disbursement typically happens within 7–10 working days after property verification.
Can I get a home loan if I am self-employed?
Yes. Self-employed borrowers with a minimum of 3 years in the same profession and an annual income of ₹3 Lakhs or more are eligible. You will need to provide ITRs for 2 years and audited financials.
What is the maximum loan amount I can get?
You can borrow up to ₹5 Crore depending on your income, credit profile, and property value. We typically fund up to 90% of the property value for amounts below ₹75 Lakhs.
Are there any hidden fees or charges?
No. We follow a zero-hidden-fee policy. The only charges you will see are the processing fee (disclosed upfront) and statutory government charges. What we quote is what you pay.
Can I prepay or foreclose my loan early?
For floating-rate home loans, there is zero prepayment penalty as per RBI guidelines. You can part-prepay or foreclose at any time without extra cost.
